Following a hip replacement I felt I needed some support for my recovery to fitness and mobility. Anastasia gave my confidence that I could achieve this. Her advice immediately helped me to walk without pain and I can climb stairs easily after only a week. Having strained the muscles in my back through lifting, gardening, or whatever! Thanks to the treatment received by Anastasia, my back problem is gradually improving. She has given me stretching exercises in order to release the tension and relax the muscles affected. Stressing also, the importance of carrying out the exercises daily to help with the recovery.

Anastasia is a Musculoskeletal Specialist Physiotherapist with over 7 years of experience. She has international experience in working in National Health Service Hospitals and outpatients, both in the UK and Greece. She has a special interrst in Back Pain, Shoulder Pain, and general muscular injuries. However, she is able to assist with a broad range of aches, pains and conditions.
Anastasia is friendly, caring and approachable putting you at ease when attending your appointments. She has recently completed a Masters in Veterinary Physiotherapy at Hartpury University and will be working with animals in her other clinic. In her spare time she enjoys taking her dog for walks, going to the gym and attending exercise classes.
