I dropped into a recent open day at Nailsea Physio on the off chance they might be able to help with my sore knees. I had previously been trying every exercise I could find on the internet to relieve the pain and I thought I should perhaps get some professional help. I’ve now had two sessions with sports therapist Kate and I’m already feeling some benefit from the exercise plan she has devised for me. Kate is very caring and thorough, she listens to me, explains things clearly and makes sure I know how to do the exercises properly. I’m very confident that the treatment will make a difference. Highly recommended.
