Recently, we have seen our material costs increase substantially, so we are making an increase of £5 to the fees for our physiotherapy, chiropractic, and massage services. These are increases of less than 8% at a time when some of our clinic expenses have increased by more than 20%.
The increases will be effective from 1 June 2024.
This was a challenging decision for our team as we know it directly impacts our loyal clients. However, we want to be sure that we can continue to provide our best service, using high-quality consumables and equipment, and this fee increase will ensure that we are able to do so.
We will continue to include shockwave and acupuncture treatments as part of our appointment fee. These treatments will not be charged as an additional cost of £60 to £120, which is the practice in many other clinics.
