My father has been visited regularly at home by Emma and we have been so impressed with both Emma and the company. Emma is extremely knowledgeable, trustworthy and compassionate. Emma has treated my Dad with respect and has a great knowledge of the medical conditions he has and the impact tbey have on his life. During one visit she highlighted an issue that he had been struggling with and sent me a comprehensive email detailing this issue. This was so helpful in being able to send it on to his GP and request they act on the information she provided. Kirsten on reception has also been incredibly helpful and efficient in helping me to book appointments and pay the invoices received. She is kind, helpful and works hard to provide continuity right from the start of your time with them. Really grateful for Nailsea Physio for providing a service that my father needs to improve his quality of life.
