Following the success of Don’t Fall, Walk Tall!—a community event held in September 2024 aimed at raising awareness about fall prevention—Nailsea Town Council, in collaboration with local healthcare professionals, continues its commitment to resident wellbeing.
Recognising that all injuries and falls can significantly impact mobility, independence, and quality of life, Nailsea Physio is proud to offer a series of free physiotherapy seminars throughout the summer at No. 65 High Street, Nailsea. These sessions are designed to support residents of all ages in staying active, healthy, and injury-free.
Upcoming Seminar Schedule:
Monday 9 June, 2–3pm: Avoiding Injuries While Gardening
Friday 27 June, 10–11am: Falls Prevention
Monday 14 July, 10–11am: How to Increase or Maintain Your Walking Distance
Monday 11 August, 10–11am: Managing Osteoarthritis of the Hip or Knee
Tuesday 26 August, 10–11am: Topic To Be Confirmed
