Freya is approachable, friendly, and passionate about helping people of all ages move with confidence – whether that’s getting back to sport, managing a long-term condition, or simply enjoying everyday life without pain.

A Little More...
Freya is a warm, enthusiastic, and recently qualified physiotherapist with a strong passion for helping people move better and feel better. She has gained over 1,000 hours of hands-on clinical experience across a wide range of settings, including hospitals, outpatient clinics, community services, paediatrics, trauma, orthopaedics, and musculoskeletal care.

Her approach is always patient-centred and compassionate – taking the time to understand each individual’s needs and tailoring treatment to help them achieve their goals. Freya is particularly skilled at making people feel at ease, explaining conditions in a clear and reassuring way, and supporting clients through every step of their recovery.

Alongside physiotherapy, Freya has additional training in sports massage therapy and has worked with sports teams and individuals to aid recovery, reduce injury risk, and optimise performance. She has also been involved in community sport for many years as both a swimming and rugby coach, giving her a strong understanding of how to support people of all ages to stay active and healthy.

A Bit About Freya
Outside of work, Freya is a keen sportswoman. She has played rugby at county and national level, winning the RFU Women’s Junior Cup at Twickenham in 2023. She also competed for many years in artistic swimming at regional and national level. Her background in sport gives her a real insight into the challenges of training, recovery, and staying injury-free.
