Nailsea Physio: Bringing Knowledge, Health and Community Together

Nailsea Physio is a small, independent physiotherapy clinic with a big vision: to help people in our community live healthier, more active lives. Based in Nailsea, our clinic is proud to offer expert physiotherapy care that is accessible, evidence-based, and centred around the needs of each individual. Our motto, For Work, For Sport, For Life, reflects our mission to support people of all ages and abilities—whether recovering from injury, aiming to prevent problems, or simply striving to stay active and independent.

As part of our commitment to community wellbeing, we host free educational seminars on a wide range of physical health topics. These sessions are designed to provide valuable knowledge in a relaxed and welcoming environment, giving attendees the chance to learn directly from experienced physiotherapists. We cover subjects that are relevant to everyday life, including Bone Health, Managing Osteoarthritis, Menopause & Movement, and our highly popular Science of Running two-part series.

Each seminar is structured to make complex topics clear and engaging. We explain the relevant anatomy, share practical tips, and answer your questions—ensuring that you leave with knowledge you can use straight away. Whether you’re a keen runner looking to understand how your body works, someone managing a long-term condition like osteoarthritis, or simply interested in learning more about keeping active, there is something for everyone.

The seminars are held locally at Mizzymead Recreation Centre on alternate Friday evenings at 7:30pm, starting this autumn. They are completely free to attend, but booking is required so that we can cater for numbers and provide the best experience possible.

At Nailsea Physio, we believe physiotherapy isn’t just about treating injuries—it’s about education, prevention, and empowering people with the tools to look after their bodies. Our seminars are a perfect example of this philosophy in action, and we warmly invite you to join us.
